Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations and preorders You are charged when you place your order, but your order ships on the batch date shown for your size, which may be weeks later. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Go to the Support page, choose "Cancel or change my order," and include your order number. Cancellations and address changes are processed before your batch ships.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return, go to the Support page, choose "Return for refund," and include your order number. After we receive and inspect the item, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Size exchanges Need a different size? Start a size exchange from the Support page ("Size exchange") within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. We send the replacement once we receive the original, subject to availability. If your new size is in a later batch or on preorder, the exchange ships on that size's date.

Defective or incorrect items If your shirt arrives defective or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery through the Support page ("Defective item"). Include your order number and mention you have photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Refund timing Refunds go to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. It can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
